Can I return my order?Updated 7 months ago

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel. For all returns, please contact us at [email protected], quoting your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Return costs shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser. It should be noted that any parcel not dispatched by LABORATOIRES VENDOME shall not be under its responsibility. Only the sender of the parcel is in a position to launch an enquiry with the postal services.


To return products, the purchaser must :


Send an e-mail to [email protected] in order to obtain the withdrawal form and the sworn statement that the products have not been opened.

    Complete and return the forms by email.
    After acceptance by Le Petit Olivier, the return of the items must be accompanied by a copy of the order form.
    Upon receipt of the agreement, the customer has 14 days to return the product(s) to : LA PHOCEENNE DE COSMETIQUE - Chemin des Etamières - 78680 EPÔNE.

After this period, the return will be refused. It is advisable to make the return by Colissimo suivi.

Reimbursement shall be made within 10 days of receipt by LABORATOIRES VENDOME of the items returned by the purchaser, with the exception of return costs. Le Petit Olivier reserves the right not to reimburse products that do not comply with the provisions set out in this section.
