Delayed or failed deliveryUpdated 9 months ago

LABORATOIRES VENDOME undertakes to do its utmost to deliver the products ordered within the timescales specified above. However, these timescales are given as an indication only and any delay shall not give rise to any damages, deductions or cancellation of the order by the purchaser. However, if the products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days of the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the purchaser or LABORATOIRES VENDOME. The sums paid by the purchaser shall then be returned to him/her without delay, to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction.

In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date initially planned on the dispatch email, you must inform Le Petit Olivier in writing, to the address: SERVICE DIGITAL - LA PHOCEENNE DE COSMETIQUE - Chemin des Etamières - 78680 EPÔNE or to the email address [email protected], in order to open an enquiry with the Post Office. An investigation may take up to 21 working days.

If the parcel is found within this time, it will be automatically forwarded to the agreed address. If this is not the case, LABORATOIRES VENDOME shall be responsible for reshipping the products ordered.
