The products purchased by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when placing the order on the website, within a maximum of 5 working days in mainland France and 9 working days for Europe. Except in special cases (packages that are too heavy or quantities of products that are too large) or when one or more products are unavailable, the products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.

Packages are sent by La Poste using the Colissimo service with tracking and drop-off without a signature. The delivery time by Colissimo is generally 48 hours, up to 5 working days for France, and 2 to 9 working days* for other countries.
