Ordering from a relay point is the first option offered at the time of payment, and it is selected in advance because it is the cheapest. For an order under €40, it costs €4.99 and for an order over €40 it's free.

If you leave the ‘Colissimo - Point Relais (to be chosen after payment)’ box unchecked, your order will be sent automatically to a Point Relais, even if you have entered your home address in the ‘Send to’ box.

The Point Relais to which your order has been delivered is the nearest available Point Relais to the address you entered previously.
